1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the website and services of Pramal Systems Private Limited ("the Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms govern your use of our software, AI models, robotics solutions, and digital learning platforms. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our services.

2. Services and Licensing

Pramal Systems provides custom software development, AI analytics, robotics engineering, and technical training.

• Software: All software provided is licensed, not sold. Licenses are non-transferable and subject to the specific EULA provided at the time of delivery.
• Training: Enrollment in the Pramal Learning Hub grants a limited license to access educational materials for personal or internal corporate upskilling only.

3. Intellectual Property

All proprietary technology, including but not limited to AI algorithms, robotic blueprints, codebases, and academic content, remains the sole property of Pramal Systems Pvt. Ltd. unless explicitly transferred via a written Intellectual Property Assignment Agreement.

Unauthorized reproduction, reverse engineering, or distribution of our intellectual property is strictly prohibited under the Indian Copyright Act, 1957 and the Patents Act, 1970.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to use our services for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our systems, servers, or networks.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Pramal Systems shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our innovative solutions. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question during the preceding six months.

6. Payments and Refunds

Payments for software licenses and training programs are processed through secure Indian gateways.

• Refunds: Refund requests for digital training must be submitted within 48 hours of purchase, provided the content hasn't been significantly consumed.
• Cancellations: Software service cancellations are subject to the terms of the individual service contract.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Tamil Nadu, India.
